Scintillating pair of cascading wings

A special set of artefact wings, a scintillating pair of cascading wings is sometimes called island wings in everyday parlance. Like its cousins, eagle's wings and atavian wings, island wings take the owner to a special clouds location with exits to many islands around Sapience such as Shala-Khulia, Polyargos, Mysia, Ulangi, Minos, Eirenwaar, Tasur'ke, and the shipwrecks in the Tears of Sarapis. The magical wings are activated with the verbal command Duanatharic.

Unlike similar magical wings, island wings are more difficult to acquire, being only available by assemblage of its talisman pieces, which themselves can only be acquired through sea voyages or rare promotions.
