Despite its similarities with the Sagas of lowland Bards, the skill of Woe is a singular, epic saga of uttermost dread. Taking upon themselves the burden of Black Pazuzu's many sins, the Bards of Cyrene bear witness to the full, terrible scope of dark deeds done across millennia beyond counting.
Yet though the light may grow dim and the night yet grow long, it is that lone mountain city among Sapience's storytellers who are not afeared to tell the tale of Achaea's most ancient evil.
For citizens of Cyrene, the skill of Woe replaces the Sagas of the rest of Sapience's Bards.

It is said that the weight of a life's sin is commensurate with their evil. If such is the case, then Black Pazuzu's evil is a burden to be borne by a City and its Peoples from now unto distant futures unknown.
And so when you recite the tales of Black Pazuzu, Prince of Woe and self-proclaimed New God, it is the weight of Remembrance that you will bear: both ancient transference and sacred charge. This is his story, but you are not afeared.
