Goats

Goats are a type of domesticated livestock similar to goats in nature. Creamy white goats dot the lush, green landscape of the Actar Valley while a brown-speckled variety can be found grazing in the dwarven community of Inbhir Ness. Mountain goats leap from rock to rock with perfect balance across Mount Piraeus and upon the isle of Ageiro, while a more aggressive species of mountain goats greet visitors of the Lupine Hunting Grounds with angry stomps.

Adventurer and denizen chefs alike use these animals for their cooking ingredients, while tailors and jewellers make use of their hides and hair. Some herdsmen, such as the ones on Mount Piraeus and Bayar of the Chaghut encampment on Meropis, brand their goats and other livestock to show ownership and prevent theft by local bandits.
