The Eileithyian Tree is a massive tree which formed when Eris, the Goddess of Chaos, and Aegis, God of War, combined their essense to create a single seed within the Erisian Pyramid, in the Mhojave Desert.

The willow resided for many years in the Golden Dias of Creation, and sustained itself in primal chaos made of mortar, blood, bones, flowers and compost. In more recent times the tree was uprooted by Aegis, Gamdol and Aztecia and moved in secret to the Temple of War, to keep it safe from Indrani, Lady of Sin, and her followers.

The child-god Pandemonium still slumbers within its protective branches, recuperating from horrors dealt to him in the War of the Divine Child during which he as kidnapped by Sartan and bound in a fissure beneath Mhaldor.
