In the year 825 AF, the Conclave announced they would be recruiting a fifth member to replace the imprisoned Maklak. Anyone who deemed themselves worthy of the seat was able to apply. After the deadline for applications had passed there were fifteen applicants. The first stage of selection began with a worldwide referendum and the top five would move on.

Its known members include Hycanthus, Haag, O'ising, and their leader, the now Greater Red Dragon Yudhishthira. Former member include the ice wizard Maklak who is imprisoned in ice on the Elemental Plane of Water.

Originally appearing during the Reflection Incident, the group also played an important role in the Birth of Destruction, resulting in the creation of the Goddess Makali, and were obviously at the centre of what came to be known as the First Reckoning in the year 656 AF.
