Pryla'ari

Pryla'ari, Priestess of Life is the powerful chief mystic of Falaq'tor. A master weaver of the arts of cold and sky, she scans the starry heavens from the icy pinnacle, ever on guard against any who might try to desecrate the final resting place of Carme, called the Storyteller. She rarely leaves the tower, though she once used her magic to help the icy subsurface kingdom of Isaia. Despite being a member of the Tsol'dasi Cabal of Life of distant Istarion, Pryla'ari has apparently not visited in generations, though she fondly remembers her departed sister, Pryla'ka. She also looks favorably on the phocine flyers which call the tundral island home.

In 826, Pryla'ari stepped forward as a candidate for the Conclave of Wizards, employing her battle lord in the Conclave Reckoning. Her supporters from Targossas and Cyrene were successful in securing the Impious Sceptre on her behalf before the Conclave challenged her magical abilities. For this final trial she enacted the dispersion of barrier shards from the face of Achaea, an act which impressed the Conclave enough to accept her as its fifth member.
