Pandora, Goddess of Mischief, is the daughter of Eris, Goddess of Chaos and Aegis, God of War. Her twin brother, Pandemonium, was stolen to another realm by Lord Slith. Aegis gave chase and disappeared from Achaea.
Once, Pandora took a percious artefact belonging to Sarapis while He was away and ran awry turning the frail mortals who amused her into maggots, cripples, and mutes. Her over-use of the artefact caused it to fuse itself into Her hand, making it necessary for Sarapis to amputate Her hand at the wrist on His return.
Both angry and amused by Pandora's activities, Sarapis branded Pandora with the title "Goddess of Mischief" so that mortals would know their peril when She was near. Those who follow the fun-loving goddess worship at the Temple of Pandora.
Her symbol is a silver hand, modeled on the one constructed for Her by Phaestus.
