Shattered Stone

Shattered Stone is one of ten clans of the Kongol Drak, which comprise Dwarven civilisation. Its members are the hardiest of its race and known for their unrivaled mining abilities and pursuit of exploring the far reaches of both Sapience and Meropis. The fifth clan to be created by the Smith Lord, their home lies within the rocks of the earth, carved out of the Vashnars.

The exception is the Blackfire and Bloodstone clans of savage dwarves who inhabit the mines of Iskadar. Although members of Shattered Stone, now unrecognised by the Kongol Drak, their members suffer an illness so great that they have turned not only on outsiders, but also each other.
