Grimoire of Souls

The Grimoire of Souls is a Qui'anar artifact used to help living beings navigate the Soulrealms.

In the aftermath of the Age of Woe, citizens of Cyrene and Targossas used the Grimoire to help a small delegation navigate through the Soulrealms to Slith to negotiate an end to his perversion of the cycle of death. Despite the warnings of Pryla'ari, copies of the Grimoire soon began to be widely circulated, opening the way for the entity called Thiesekh to escape the Soulrealms and wreck havoc upon Sapience.
