Located in each major city, banks are a secure location for adventurers and organisations such as cities, Divine Orders, Houses, and clans to store gold. The further option of storing credits is offered Houses, cities, and Divine Orders. However, while cities and Houses may use these credits for any number of purposes, at this time Orders are only given the ability to spend them on room credits to expand ships owned by the Order.
However, the services offered by banks are not completely free. In return for complete security, the banks will exact a 0.5% withdrawal fee every time you withdraw or transfer gold to an individual or organisation. Credits, on the other hand, are not effected by this fee.
