Crocodiles

Crocodiles are large aquatic reptiles with long snouts and scaly skin. These carnivorous creatures walk or swim on stout limbs with bellies close to the ground, their long tails weaving behind them. While similar in appearance to crocodiles, they have marked differences. They come in various species, from Dun Valley to Grukai Swamp, but are usually aggressive and tolerably dangerous.

Fearsome crocodile

A run-of-the-mill, though inordinately large crocodile is kept to deter visitors in Belladona's Keep. Its limbs are short but its curved claws are sharp and ready to rend adventurers to death.

Greyish green crocodiles

These grey crocodiles float in the swamps of Dun Valley, their eyes peeking surreptitiously above the surface of the water.

Huge crocodiles

Huge and ferocious, the crocodiles of Qurnok are not to be trifled with.

Huge swamp crocodiles

Similar, if weaker compared to their Qurnok cousins, the mud-caked crocodiles of Xhaiden Dale are thirteen feet long and blend into their swamp surroundings with grey hides valuable to the local leatherworker.

Saltwater crocodiles

These rare crocodiles bask on the south beaches of New Hope.
