The Maldaathi were a House based in Mhaldor's Baelgrim Fortress within the Spire of Annihilation. They converted from the Infernal-class guild of the same name.
They served as pinnacles of honourable Evil for the city, combining knightly nobility with the ideals of Oppression and Suffering.
