Bats

Bats are small, furred animals which have webbed, membraneous wings. These nocturnal creatures are typically cave-dwelling and some, but not all, are blood parasites.

Cave bats are common to the caves of Lodi while giant bats inhabit Azdun Dungeon. The largest of Azdun's bats, dire bats, are domesticated as mounts and available for purchase in the Underground Forest. Morindar is known for its cave hunter bats while a colony of fruit bats is native to New Hope. In far off Meropis, lesser known albino ghost bats sweep the narrow tunnels of the Mirror Caves.
