The Mines of Iskadar are located on the continent of Meropis, the entrance hidden behind the Sypathean Falls in the Northern Vasnari Mountains. Somewhat prone to earthquakes, the caves are home to a number of extremely xenophobic dwarves from the Blackfire and Bloodstone clans, who speak only Dwarven. Deep within the rock-strewn tunnels, the Dwarven priests of Iskadar have made their quarters where they maintain a lavish chapel. Flora and Fauna

Mineral leeches live amongst the caves, running their tongues along vines of ore to extract mineral nutrition. Minerals such as white quartz, purple amethyst, yellow citrines, pink quartz, and red tourmalines abound, as well as the standard gold, silver, and coal ores. Phosphorescent mosses grow between cracks in the rubble, though bloodroot is not found in the constructed underground tunnels.
