Ruinous Intercessor of Interplanar Dominion

Only a single individual may hold the title of Ruinous Intercessor of Interplanar Dominion. The position is granted to him or her by the Imperator of the Chaos Court. That individual is delegated authority to oversee proper mortal wielding of the powers of Domination, and to exile any adventurer Occultist who might work against the designs of the Chaos Plane. The Deacon of Celestia, Dread Ecclesiarch of Transvital Corruption, High Warden of Nature and Seneschal have analogous authority with respect to accessing Devotion, Necromancy, Groves, and Sublimation respectively.
