House Ty Beirdd is located in the heart of the Vashnars within the Garden of the Arts in Cyrene. Members of Ty Beirdd dedicate their lives to their art, no matter if that art is created with paints and canvas or rapiers and song. The house offers several paths of study to encourage all members to develop their own unique, artistic passion.

At the stroke of midnight each year that begins the first of Sarapin, members of Ty Beirdd can be found in Cyrene's Dancing Boar Inn, performing for anyone willing to attend the New Year's Concert. The annual Ero Concert is held in various locations, with a different theme each year.

History

House Ty Beirdd made its beginnings as the Bards Guild of Cyrene. Under the direction of Lord Scarlatti, the guild was founded by Ralph Mercadia on the 21st day of Mayan in the year 350 AF. Its coming had been long anticipated by the world, and was received with much enthusiasm and fanfare as befits the nature of the guild as the performers and artists of the realms.

The guild was patroned by Lord Scarlatti until need arose to replace Him in His absence from the realms. Lady Selene was embraced as the Bards new patron in 370 AF.
