The Sapient League was an alliance created to bring about reform under the tyrannical rule of the Seleucarian Empire. Composed of representatives of the cities and provinces east of the Vashnars, including Ashtan, Shallam, Hashan, Bagwar's Copse, Thera, Jaru, and Moghedu, the League is responsible for the fall of the Empire and the beginning of the Modern Age.
