Prostitutes are people who use sexual acts as a trade skill for profit, usually acting under the command of one head prostitute, called the Madame. The base of a prostitution ring is often called a doxy house.

Notable doxy houses include:

• Bathory Chalet in Mhaldor where Madame Lucretia oversees the work of Drusilla, Leda, Azuella and Demian.
• The upstairs rooms of the Dancing Dryad Tavern on the island of Mysia where Trixy and her girls service customers.
• The doxy house near the town of Thera where Paphian and the other harlots wait for clients.
• The House of Delights, where the dominatrix Kaethryn bides her time between visitors.
