Water-logged humgii

The nameless water-logged humgii of Targossas rests on his dripping haunches before the Heart of Dawn, the primary government complex of that city. Formerly claiming its own spot on Zanzibaar Street in Shallam, the poor dog-like creature followed refugees into the wilderness after the destruction of Jewel of the East. The former Shallamese were astonished to find their former humgii crawling out of the bay of New Hope, and took him with them when the Targossas was built some years later.
