The Torc of Telepathy is an artefact that grants its wearer the ability to telepathically afflict someone with stupidity and paralysis, much like members of the Monk class are able to mentally do through their use of the skill after which the artefact is named. Crafted from pure silver into a simple design, with the phrase "Mind over all" etched on its inner surface, it can be purchased from Merentesh's shop in Delos.
