Prime Material Plane

The Prime Material Plane is the one with which most mortals are familiar. It is the normative plane of existence upon which resides the planet containing Sapience, Ulangi, and Polyargos, as well as the sun, the Moon_phases, the celestial triad of Noxtra, Somnustra, and Lunastra, the comet Ethian, and many other planets, stars, masses, and energies. Certain abilities may only be used upon the Prime Material Plane.
