Oak hitching post

Strong and unfinished, an oak hitching post consists of two sturdy stanchions connected by a third beam bolted in place across the top. The artefact post, once placed in a personal home, allows for all manner of creatures — pets, minipets, and mounts — to be hitched carefully into place, whilst holding the entire piece together against the recalcitrance of those tethered.
