Nocturne's Reach is a stormy patch of the western Notic Ocean that separates the isles of Tapoa and Shala-Khulia. Its creation in 542 AF was the product of Lord Twilight's claim upon the oceans, drawing comparisons to the Darkenwood Forest, and it was here — on a small islet that has since been destroyed — that He housed the relic known as the Eye of Proteus before it was reclaimed by Maya.
