Halfling

Halflings are diminutive, happy-go-lucky beings. Many are residents of Actar Valley in the Vashnar Mountains. About half the size of humans, they are stout creatures with slightly pointed ears. The jolly Hohoho Society and their rivals the Hahaha Society are also composed entirely of halflings.
