Collar of Ceylon

The Collar of Ceylon bears the name of the lands that the Divine Lord Proteus ordered built for the fledging human race. This artefact, fashioned of black buffalo hide, has small silver studs spaced evenly on its polished surface. The collar will augment, to a small extent, the damage its wearer can cause through purely magical means. The collar may be purchased from the merchant Merentesh on the island of Delos.
