Caduceus of Castigation

The Caduceus of Castigation was one of Sarapis' personal relics, an item invested with an unmeasured amount of power and the ability to warp reality to the users' whims. Once while Sarapis was away, the young goddess Pandora stole it and proceeded to create havoc over Sapience, toying with the mortals she found. Upon Sarapis' return, the artefact was revealed to have been over used, the power expended causing it to fuse with the goddess' hand. Amputation was the only recourse in recovering the Caduceus, and both it and the severed appendage have been well safeguarded since.
