Incandescent Empire of the Dawn

The Incandescent Empire of the Dawn arose in the first light of 991 AF, the fourth modern empire. By the hand of Dawnlord Aroan Shire, the city-state of Targossas united its subjugated territories under the wisdom of Light and Righteous Fire. The lambent empire endured three years before it liberated its own lands in a gesture of mercy, extinguishing itself in the spring of 994 AF. The luminous prism talisman is themed for this empire.
