It is unknown whether this wellspring of creation was created by Aldar magics or simply harnessed by them, but it is undeniably a source of fascination for many, including the angelic renegades of Celestia, led by Zafikel. The rings have made their unceasing procession around the star-bright splendour of Saar-elan for eons. Rivers of psionic energy uncounted enter and emanate from within the great opening in reality which the well inhabits, revealing planar connections nested amidst the rippling majesty of cosmic fluvium, Starfall and the Eternity River.
