An ancient city that was the heart of the Seleucarian Empire, little is known of the precise location of Seleucar. Its founders, led by Nicator, reached it after journeying south through the Vashnar Mountains, where it was situated beside the Mnemosyne River within the Atrousian Jungle near the sea.
