Veldeior's plane

Legend hints that planets upon the plane known only as Veldeior's plane coalesced from fragments left in the wake of an ancient "quarrel between Sky and Sea". Called the Twelve Worlds of Illythrin, their manifold inhabitants, the Illythrin, exist in tandem with their counterparts, the Vostroya, of which neither is known very much on Achaea aside from rumour.
