Werewolves

Werewolves are those who take the form of a wolf when blessed with lycanthropy by Lupus, Wild God of the Beasts. As with most lycanthropes, they resemble anthropomorphic versions of their animal - wolves, in this case - more than anything of their original form. For the most part, werewolves stay within their home in the Lupine Hunting Grounds, but once, long ago, the God of Beasts unleashed a horde of them upon Hashan in anger over the city's encroachment into Lady Gaia's forests.

The most famous werewolf was undoubtedly Grimaldrin, longtime hunting companion of Lupus and captain of His werewolf guardians.
