Loora, the scholar, is the librarian in the Siorraidh, Lady Lorielan's temple in the Shamtota Hills. Using the memory globe within her desk, Loora will search posts of the Divine and a few selected Adventurers from the public news board itself.
When Loora was younger, she washed ashore in the Peshwar Delta. Fisherman and villagers of the village of Jaru were extremely kind to her, taking her in until she was given her current position in the library.
