The Thyrsus is a staff of pine topped with a large pinecone. Slightly taller than the average mortal, it is rough to the touch with tiny branches sprouting pine needles near its top. It is rumoured that this sacred staff was given to the Lady Demeter near the Dawn of Creation by a hamadryad of the Northreach Forest during Demeter's time as a Celani.
