Watched over by the [[forest spirit]] [[Erato]], it is home to the forestal village of [[Eleusis]] and the [[Dryad Burial Grounds]]. Like other natural environments, the forest teems with an abundance of wildlife, including the [[golden-crested wren]]. Word has it that a garden filled with beautiful forest nymphs, the [[dryads]], is also found there.
