After being thwarted by Chief Inspector Wavel El-Mellon Clossoi the was pressed into service by Felisse's crime ring. Now lurking beneath the very crossing he purloined, the long-time Delos street performer now serves as an official fence who will sell stolen goods to adventurers who have enough coin.
