Spark of hope

A spark of hope is a talisman themed for the Flame of Devotion which was used to ritually resurrect mortal forces of the pantheonic alliance during the last battle of woe on Memory. Contrary to the intent of its inspiration, placing an adventurer body into its flame merely forces his or her soul into the halls of the Finality. Furthermore, unlike its namesake which acted on corpses who died in the memory of Shallam, because it only works outdoors (like some strange spiritual campfire), cannot be kindled within the limits of a city, or have any effect on the soul of someone who has died there, who this talisman is intended to grant hope to is a mystery perhaps only the Gods can answer.
