Manticore Lair

Found deep within the Southern Vashnar Mountains, the Manticore Lair is, not surprisingly, home to a pride of manticores. The manticores range in size and age, from small hatchlings to the fully-grown, huge, ferocious variety, which can be aggressive in protecting their home. The manticores here have long been at odds with Genji, an Atavian village that resides nearby and were responsible for the death of Gehan, the founder of Genji.

Enterprising forestals often find the lair to be a fruitful harvesting ground for irid moss and bloodroot, which grow naturally within these dark environs.
