Irid moss

Irid moss grows within natural underground caverns. The plant is bright purple and glows when unpicked, hence its given name: "irid" (short for iridescent). Concoctionists seek this herb for its healing properties; when eaten on its own, it restores health and mana and can be used in conjunction with health and mana elixirs. It can also be used for concocting mass salves.

Its mineral alternative is potash.
