Living Tarot

The Icon of the Carnivalis Institute of Jestering is the Living Tarot. Like all True Icons, it can be found on the plane of Nishnatoba, in an area named the Carnival's Causeway.

The icon appears as a rectangular slab of multicoloured threads of light, woven into a shimmering whole, towering a dozen feet into the air. The threads shift and shimmer with palptable power, forming recognisable images upon the surface of the Icon, each image lasting the moment of a breath before melting into another. The images of the entire Arcana are ever present in its shifting surface, and those who have stood in the presence of this Icon report feeling its power moving even the very cells of their body with the thrum of its energy.
