Jaliah Ormand was a female Serpentlord of the Dark Ages. In An Encyclopedic History of the Cities and Empires of Sapience, Vol. 2 she is cited as a post-Seleucarian hero who tirelessly led her peers in battles against the monsters of the Meropian Black Wave which directly followed the fall of the empire.
