An incandescent sigil is similar to the flame sigil (which it cannot be used in conjunction with) in that it prevents the item it is attached to from being picked up. The difference is that the artefact sigil can be detached by the owner at will, and only the sigil's owner can pick up the sigilled item while the sigil remains. It is sold by Merentesh in the defensive artefact shop in Delos.
