Hruglar, the Troll cook, is the hulking chef of Enverren Castle. One may purchase his culinary speciality, sauteed frog legs, directly from him.

Two plump frog legs have been sauteed to a golden brown in butter, the pungent aroma of garlic tantalising the senses. A creamy mushroom sauce has been poured over the tender meat and garnished with parsley.

Plate of succulent mussels - 60gp

A half-dozen succulent mussels are ladled onto a fine ceramic plate. With their soft shells spread open and the tender shellfish marinated with wild garlic and fresh-ground pepper, they are mouth-watering to behold.
