Gem of cloaking

An unassuming white and translucent gemstone, the gem of cloaking has a flat top and multi-faceted sides. Thoroughly plain, the only clue to it being something more than a lump of quartz is the soft white nimbus that radiates from it and a strange word of power inscribed on its surface in minute script. It is said that by uttering the phrase inscribed on the gem, its bearer will become temporarily hidden from view for ten minutes on most listings of adventurers: clanwho, qw and who. It will not, however, prevent magical methods of scrying such as the farsight ability.
