Covenant

Covenant Stormcrow (born Scarlatan 15, 222 AF) was a human Sentinel. In 324 AF, he codified Eleusis's laws as a formal city-state, becoming its first Speaker and its official founder. Covenant also served as the guildmaster of the Sentinels guild for over 100 years. Today, a statue bearing his likeness stands at Central Hall in Eleusis as a testament to his role in the establishment of the city. Covenant was also known for his yodelling, something both adored and abhorred by adventurer and denizen alike, although especially loved by the young Tiah.
