Dirty, ugly, and emanating a perpetual stench, Bertram, the sewer worker, remains confined to the sewers of Mhaldor, where he is seldom seen by any, save for the intrepid - some say insane - adventurers who venture into the filthy depths.

There is a dish named after him in the Worm and Grub; it was inspired by his taste for less conventional cuisine.
