The Soulbleed Nexus is the highest known concentration of soulbleed, hidden deep in the Underworld. It is said that the Aldar Ugrach once utilised it for his own purposes of forced coalescence before it fell into the hands of his son, Slith to use to invade the Prime Material Plane during the Age of Woe.
