Quel'zar, the Surgeon is one of Belladona's loyal vampiric servants. Dwelling within her Keep he performs gruesome medical experiments on those unfortunate enough to end up on his operating table. Like his comrade Naggamantex, Quel'zar clearly enjoys his sadistic work. The mutant Glixx is one of his more 'successful' projects.
