Permanent tattoos function identically to their temporary counterparts. Only one sole difference exists: these artefact tattoos are imbued with a particular kind of magic that causes their ink to adhere permanently once affixed. Of all the tattoos, single use tattoos cannot be affixed in this manner: the starburst and talon tattoos. These special kinds of tattoos cannot be bought from The Miscellaneous Artefact Shop or made permanent with a phial of shimmering ink.
