'''Haldoran La'Saen''' was an [[Atavian]] knight loyal to [[Dunamis]] and later to [[Deucalion]]. Captured and tortured by the forces of [[Babel]] in ancient times, he was rescued and healed by followers loyal to Righteous Fire in 695 AF.

In 754 AF Haldoran accompanied the [[Bloodsworn Gods]] on a mission of purification to the outer planes when a well to the void exploded, cutting the expedition short and catching Haldoran in waves of [[chaos]] debris to the horror of [[Targossas|Targossian]] onlookers. Haldoran later appeared to the followers of the Bloodsworn apparently unhurt but unmistakably mad. Everywhere he looked he imagined he saw chaos infection. The knight set about attempting to cleanse residual taint in the most unlikely of areas of the Prime Material Plane, beginning with [[Cyrene]], which he promptly set alight.  

Taking advantage of the situation, the Chaos Court of [[Ashtan]] lured the maddened knight-arsonist to Ashtan and bound him, forcing him into a marriage pact with [[Hecate]], Mother of Crones. A special ceremony was arranged on the [[Chaos Plane]] for the union, with [[Glaaki]] presiding. Before vows were spoken between elated crone and dejected atavian Deucalion appeared before the congregated guests. The Chaos Court brushed off concerns about the Fire God — that is, until He set the wedding party afire with righteous fury, maiming several [[Chaos lords]] and sending webs of cleansing flame spinning across the blighted sky. Deucalion and His broken vassal shared one last look, his of pity and Haldoran's of relief, before granting him immolation into ashes.
