Genji
Genji is a small village of atavians in the Southern Vashnars.
History
Genji was founded by Gehan when he led a group of atavians from Arcadia after the atavians rejected their worship of Agatheis. Gehan is no longer the leader of this village, having died when a group of manticores that reside nearby attacked and captured him. The founder swore to never reveal the location of Arcadia, only forsaking this oath upon the last few minutes of his life. The atavians from this village are known for having a deep hatred of these manticores.
Geography
Genji is located in the northwestern section of the Southern Vashnars. After corssing an old rope bridge, make your way up a steep mountain. Keep straight to the path, or you may run into the manticore lair! Traveling to Genji is riddled with possible dangers. Navigate your way through the harsh mountain enviroment, avoiding bears and drakes.

Shops
There are a few shops located within the village. Tinja owns the majority of these, having taken over the position since Gehan died. Genji's Jewellery Shop offers a small selection of pieces to visitors, these being jade necklaces and rings. Not far from this shop rests the Shop of the Archers, containing bows, quivers and arrows for the legendary atavian archers. At the Genji market, various items are sold, mostly imported. A large Atavian Stable sells expensive, but beautiful creatures including the alabaster pegasus, among others.
